• I have a BS in Psychology
• I am a Certified Christian Life Coach from Professional Christian Counselors and Coaches Association
• I am also a certified from North Star Life Coaching
• Earned a Certificate in Relationship Coaching from the Institute of Life Coach Training
• Member of the International Association of Coaches
• I am half Chinese.
• I have been married to Paul for 13 years. It has been an adventure.
• I have two energetic boys 9 &10.
• I was born in New Orleans. I have lived in 22 cities. I have moved over 40 times.
• We have played with 6 different Major League Teams (Indians,Mets, Phillies, Braves,Angels & Royals).
• What I love: Bubble Baths, my dog Hershey, dark chocolate, learning new coaching tools, laughing out loud, teaching women, seeing a person’s heart come alive, costume parties, current events & snow capped mountains.
