A few of you are curious as to where the name of my company came from. Fully Loving Yourself condenses to FLY Inc. It was a play on my last name Byrd and also that I have a vision of people thriving and flying through life verses feeling defeated and trampled down. Fully Loving Yourself to me means taking good care of you and learning your unique God given design, I know some people will misunderstand this to mean I am promoting selfishness. Not the case, I truly believe for me to be the best wife, mom, support mate and coach, I have to take good care of me. This includes taking care of me spiritually, emotionally and physically. I used to believe that if I ALWAYS came last that was a good thing, but now I believe that was not the best for everyone. Being resentful and irritated with my kids and sick all the time, was not serving anyone well. If you are to love your neighbor you must love yourself AS WELL. Finding a healthy balance is the key.
